The set includes two cutter blades to replace the pair inside of your razor (turn 45 degrees and they then lift off) as well as brand new dual screen mesh with attached housing. Remington recommends that you replace the cutter and foil every 12 - 18 months in order to reduce the risk of skin irritation and continue getting best results with every use.
