Excellent customer service
Yesterday I ordered a complete Head Frame for my old shaver. It was brilliant to receive this today, just 24 hours later. But I did have a problem fitting the new part to the shaver and contacted the company on the phone, which was answered promptly and I was transferred to Andrew Warren to help me with my query. Having taken details he said he would make an enquiry and calll me back. He did ring back within a matter of minutes and advised me how to deal with the problem and was most patient with my initial slowness in applying his advice. In a very short time after we finished speaking, I was able to fit the new part and all is now well. I am writing to tell you of my appreciation both of the speed of delivery of this item but still more so of the excellent customer service I received when seeking help.
