Also appreciate your follow up e-mail regarding customer satisfaction, good to know that courtesy matters and that it is so clearly part of your efficient business service. Some time ago I foolishly bought the enclosed Braun shaver parts in readiness for the day when I needed to fit replacements for my now 20 plus year old Braun shaver. Not until I came to fit them did I realise that I’d bought the wrong ones for the model 5381. I suspect that you will almost certainly find a home for them with some customer who will probably be as grateful as I was for your spares availability.
