I would have put very poor but that rating is not listed. One of the blades broke before the cutter could be used. Waited 2 days before being told to return it to Braun not Shaver-Spares. This is very poor as I would have thought Shaver-Spares should have guaranteed the products they supplied, especially if they have not even been used. Returned the product to Braun. As yet no response.
Reply from Shaver Spares. A new Braun 30B foil and cutter set was dispatched out to the customer on 16th October 2013.
Following extensive redecoration I discovered that the mains charging lead to my Phillips shaver could not be located, as the shaver is several years old I had fears of having to dispose of it and at considerable expense replace it! I found a replacement charger at Shaver-spares.co.uk, the charger was received 48 hours later and was at at superb price, I now have my favourite shaver back in working order again, super company excellent products at great prices but above all what super fast delivery, very pleased
