My husband was very pleased with his shaver but when we had visitors and were tidying up his charger went missing. We searched everywhere to buy another one and eventually found yours. It came very quickly and has solved his problem instantly. We also had to buy the lead separately which was an added expense but necessary and successful.
I would have put very poor but that rating is not listed. One of the blades broke before the cutter could be used. Waited 2 days before being told to return it to Braun not Shaver-Spares. This is very poor as I would have thought Shaver-Spares should have guaranteed the products they supplied, especially if they have not even been used. Returned the product to Braun. As yet no response.
Reply from Shaver Spares. A new Braun 30B foil and cutter set was dispatched out to the customer on 16th October 2013.
